(Executive Chairman)

  • Education: B.Sc. Electrical Engineering, University of Missouri, Columbia, USA (1987); Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Electronics), ITM (1983).
  • Professional Memberships: Professional Engineer (1996), Corporate Member, Institution of Engineers Malaysia (1996).
  • Experience: 35+ years in MEP consulting, leading SAE since 1997 with RM2B in projects. Held roles at Texas Instruments, Malaysia Shipyard Engineering, Johor Corporation, Norman Disney & Young.
  • Achievements: Delivered iconic MEP projects, built networks with federal and local Governments, GLC’s and Corporate firms. Executor of project proposals and collaborate for source of fundings for private and public initiative developments.
  • Community Contributions: Chairman of Sutera Primary School; Secretary and Administrative Officer of Masjid Jamek Taman Perling; Chairman of Jalan Belibis Safety Committee.

HAJI MOHD AZIZ ISMAON
(Managing Director)

  • Education: B.Eng. (Hons) Computer and Communication Engineering, University of Science Malaysia (1990).
  • Experience: 30+ years in ICT/telecom, with leadership at Celcom, Digi, Nokia Siemens, ZTE. Led strategic and transformation projects for MAMPU, Malaysia Home Affairs, MCMC, Intel subsidiary; achieved Indonesia Stock Exchange listing.
  • Achievements: Secured market leadership, led transformation projects and technology transfers.
  • Community Contributions: President, USM Alumni Association; Director, international NGOs on ESG and CSR.

  • Education: B.Mechanical Engineering, Brighton Polytechnic, UK (1987); Master in Engineering Management, UNITEN, Bangi, Selangor.
  • Professional Memberships: Professional Engineer (1998), Corporate Member, Institution of Engineers Malaysia (1998); Member, NIOSH, MIHA, Board of Technologist, Malaysia; 1st Grade Boiler (SHO, DOSH).
  • Experience: 30+ years in TNB; Last position, Deputy General Manager held at Sultan Iskandar Power Station.
  • Achievements: Delivered stability to TNB power grid projects, built networks with federal and local Governments and GLC’s.
  • Community Contributions: Regimen for Palace Military and Civil Defence; Pingat Kebaktian and PS Setia, ATM, Malaysia.

  • Experience: 30+ years in leading consulting and construction services for local and international region. Held roles at BES Perunding, Parson Brinckerhoff Consulting, Tazal Corporation, KS Pelden Engineering.
  • Achievements: Delivered high rise development projects, built networks with manufacturing industries and specialised trades.

  • Education: B.Sc. Human Resource Development, Universiti Putra Malaysia (2004); Diploma in Agriculture, UPM (1985).
  • Experience: 30+ years in Plantation Management, with leadership at Felcra in Research and Development, Operation, Agronomist Advisory, Training of human resoures for Planting and Harvesting of Palm Oil productivity. Last position, General Manager for Research, Development and Operations held at FELCRA Berhad.
  • Achievements: Led strategic and transformation projects for patented palm oil seeds with SIRIM QAS International certificate.

  • Experience: 20+ years in Royal Malaysian Air Force in maintenance and repair of aircrafts, 15+ years in Research, Development and Operation for Planting and Harvesting of Palm Oil Plantation at JPZ Development Sdn Bhd and PFM Agro Products Sdn Bhd.
  • Achievements: Good technical handling of aircrafts Nuri, Caribou, Skyhawk and excellent liasion with GLC’s and local Government departments.
